White Box is an independent statistical consultancy, focused on adding value to research through statistical analysis and modelling, drawing on over 20 years of senior-level advanced analytics experience in the Market Research industry.
Through applying a mix of tailored advanced and more basic analytical techniques, along with experienced creative thinking, we help our clients (and their end-clients) get the most value & insight from their projects, as well as reveal any hidden stories within the data.
Our focus is on supporting and collaborating with, primarily, small and mid-sized market research agencies and consultants. White Box offers a senior partnership that enables these clients to better compete with larger agencies (with in-house teams) or take on briefs that they wouldn’t have otherwise been able to consider.
We strive to offer practical, pragmatic and ‘plain English’ support, as we understand that not everybody is a statistical expert, and may only infrequently work on these projects.
As such a key part of our approach is providing up-front consultation to help clients optimise their proposals/research designs to produce the most insightful analysis to help clearly answer their clients’ key business issues. This can sometimes include suggesting simpler alternatives that can be done in-house without us, where there is no benefit from doing something more complex.
For most projects, we work as part of the wider project team (just like having an in-house team) and are always very happy to support with end-client engagement. Our outputs, tools & simulators have been designed to be clear, professional looking and client friendly, as well as giving as much detail as needed to understand the analysis and support your reporting.
