We use selected herbs and spices from the Norwegian Viking forest. This provides a distinct smoothness of pine, new forest spruce shoots, juniper berries, and several herbs.
In 2019 we found hidden in plain sight the waterfall in Steinsdalen, where its water comes from almost 3000 feet high mountains. White Dragon Gin uses water from Steinsdalsfossen, the wild and impressive waterfall located at Norheimsund, Hardangerfjord.
