At Whiterock we support contractors to win and sustain public sector work, by offering a full range of bid support services. Our team’s unique mix of technical expertise comes from procuring, managing and advising on major frameworks, programmes and projects across the UK. Whiterock was established in 2012 by a senior team that had been variously employed by the Department of Health and Social Care, Department for Education, HM Treasury, Local Government and the NHS. Procuring public sector projects means our team have experience of evaluating bids, providing Whiterock with insight and understanding of what the public sector want and how contractors should respond. We also offer experience from the private sector, with team members experienced in working for contractors in delivery of projects. This important balance of public and private sector experience allows us to provide rounded advice, understand our clients and offer technical and subject matter experts. We build long lasting relationships with our clients, and aim to continually improve their offer. We also retain a select number of public sector clients in a consultancy capacity ensuring we keep up to date with current policies.
