We electrify road freight transportation in a CO2-neutral manner with a small battery (payload, costs), which we recharge while driving. To achieve this, we use fuel cells as range extenders, with some critical components manufactured using 3D printing. Green methanol serves as the energy carrier; it can be refueled just like diesel, allowing the use of any existing fuel station. A conversion costs only 6,000 CHF per pump. Interest is enormous from both logistics companies and fuel station operators. Incidentally, the green methanol is converted into green hydrogen in the vehicle. Using the same principle, we also build self-charging CO2-neutral gen sets and emergency power units to replace diesel-based CO2 emitters!
