An extensive report is published providing a detailed overview of the IT outsourcing landscape, main sourcing trends, positioning of the main sourcing providers based on different KPIs and ranking of the service providers by segment (applications/infrastructure) and by country. Whitelane's end-user/service provider events allow senior-level executives to exchange ideas between end-users and service providers about different outsourcing themes and how to achieve better (win-win)sourcing relationships.
