WhiteRiver Petroleum (WRP) is a privately held company incorporated in the United States and the Republic of Marshall Islands. WRP has ownership of the following subsidiary companies in Nigeria: Whiteriver Energy Limited, Wilba Jo Solutions Limited, and Jomateshi Concept Limited. These companies were incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. WRP subsidiaries are licensed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for the purpose of marketing and trading of Light Crude Oils of Nigerian Origin under the Bulk Equity Allocation Quota.
