Whitman is a custom machining and injection molding parts producer based in Orangeburg, South Carolina. We are a one stop shop providing end to end services from engineering and prototyping custom parts to full production runs of those parts. We can work with almost any material required and provide any secondary coatings requested all here in the United States. State of the Art Engineering: We have a full staff of registered professional engineers capable of assisting you with any design needs and equipped with the latest technology in product modeling software, 3-D Scanning, and printing. Plastics Injection Molding: We have over 160+ years in the creation of injection molds and the running of injection molding machines. We can handle even the most complex parts and components in all types of materials and colors. Additionally, if we make or repair your mold and then run it on our production line, we guarantee it for life. You will never pay for any repairs made to it. Production Machining and Swiss Screw Machines: We are capable of machining large and small runs of any production parts required down to 1mm and up to 2 and 2/4 inches in diameter with 18 inches in length. CNC Milling, Lathe, and Precesion Welding We have fully automated CNC Mills and Lathes capable of meeting any of your requirements for parts. We also offer TIG, MIG, Stick, and Micro welding services. Tool and Die Shop: To support all of the capabilities above, we have a fully stocked tool and die shop that is staffed by our journeymen tool and die makers. We can make any tool, die, or mold required and repair them too.
