Winning Hearts and Minds

Winning Hearts and Minds has been working in North Manchester communities for over 5 years building strong relationships with local residents, groups, charities and services. Our Community Development Fieldworkers work on projects that approach improving health outcomes in North Manchester by taking all factors into account (social determinants of health). We are led by what people living in North Manchester want which means anything is possible and we love trying new things. We love to collaborate, build relationships, support people, take action and be brave!
