WHOA MAMA of Prepared to Prosper, LLC

I founded WHOA MAMA of Prepared to Prosper, LLC to create a space for women to shift from surviving to thriving without compromising their mental health in the capacity of a Licensed Therapist, Speaker, and Writer. I provide individual virtual mental health counseling to GA, FL, and NE residents through a HIPAA compliant system and mental wellness coaching to women residing in the US. In addition, I have a signature program for pregnant women to educate, normalize, and validate the changes that occur to a woman's mental health after having a baby. As a speaker I serve audiences by offering keynote speeches, workshops, and panel discussions. Some of my previous partnerships include organizations such as Postpartum Support International, 2020Mom, Virginia Tech, and Brazelton Touchpoints Center. As a writer & expert I have been featured in Vanity Fair London and have contributed pieces to Military Spouse Magazine, Mantra Wellness Magazine, Wounded Warrior Project, and More than a Mrs. In addition, I maintain the WHOA MAMA blog which offers biweekly blog articles on mental wellness tips, techniques, and skills throughout motherhood and life.
