OUR VISION
At Whole Assistant we believe that ever assistant is a hero – often moving heaven
and earth to ensure their office runs smoothly, their boss’ life is in order, and nothing
falls through the cracks. Assistants can wear many hats: gate keeper, office manager,
proxy, bookkeeper, babysitter, chauffer, database manager, researcher, professional
organizer, party planner, facilitator, tech support and travel agent to name a few. The
assistant role is messy in a way that only assistants understand.
1. We aim to foster a community that will engage with one another, offering support and
encouragement in what otherwise can be very isolating roles.
2. We seek to empower and educate assistants, offering actionable solutions to real time concerns
and dilemmas.
