In consulting, a client conversation is not just an exchange, it's the foundation upon which trust is built and future value created. In late 2022, we began to explore the potential of generative AI to perform at a level where we could confidently hand over client conversations to AI Agents. Leveraging our leadership team's decades of experience in top-tier consultancies, we've spent over 9 months developing and testing AI Agents alongside our clients. First was AI-to-AI conversations for disseminating information from reports; second was holding a single topic, short conversation in workshop breakout sessions with consultant oversight; and finally, independent multi-topic, hour-long executive-level conversations. Wholegrain is the result of this work. Developed by consultants, for consultants and any organisation who relies on high precision, high value conversations to build understanding and make decisions.
