Wholesale Securities Management (WSM) are experienced property fund managers focusing on the creation and management of investment opportunities for sophisticated investors, primarily in the alternative and special purpose property sectors. In the creation and management of our investment vehicles, we always seek to align the individual interests of all parties whilst also considering the individual returns, security, and risk profile most suitable to our investors. Our key considerations include the balance between capital growth & income or set returns, the timing of cash flows throughout the investment term and the extent, timing and nature of taxation and other benefits. Where appropriate we also structure our investments to meet both domestic and international investors’ short and long term requirements.
