Wholy Greens: a The Hague based food company focusing on reimagining vegetables into foods we all love. We started with pasta. Our VeggiPasta contains over 50% vegetables inside, which means that nutritious vegetables are a big part of every plate of pasta you eat. For the vegetables, we use varieties that are underutilized, allowing farmers to grow various crops and improve food biodiversity. And we haven't stopped doing that, by using imperfect and surplus vegetables we reduce our food footprint and reduce waste. Making a nutritious and colorful pasta that tastes better than ever.
