Cai (he/him) is a content creator, influencer, poet, and community builder from Toronto, Canada, helping people going through a heartbreak feel less alone in the world. He does so by sharing his personal experiences online through poetry, and has grown his Instagram account (@WhyWithCai) to nearly 200,000 followers, his Facebook page (@OfficialWhyWithCai) to over 145,000 followers, and his TikTok account (@WhyWithCai) to over 20,000 followers. Apart from social media, on September of 2024, Cai self-published his first book called “Letters to Your Ex”, which is compiled of 139 letters written to exes from 41 different countries. These letters were selected from 20,307 submissions that he collected after a one-month open call.
