Women in Code Enforcement and Development of Texas, WICED of TX

Women in Code Enforcement and Development is a non-profit organization which promotes the value and recognition of women in the arena of code enforcement and development. Our organization was formed in 2016 for the benefit of providing mentoring, advocacy and education to these women. Our mission: Promote the value, recognition, and professional development of women in code enforcement and development within the State of Texas through mentoring, education, networking and collaboration. Who can join? Any person engaged in the administration, development, and enforcement of building codes and related ordinances in the State of Texas. This includes students and others with an interest such as municipalities, institutions, associations, companies, and more.
