Women in CyberSecurity - (WiCyS) Germany

Our main goals for establishing the WiCyS Germany Affiliate are: Breaking down barriers and creating a more equitable playing field for women in cybersecurity. ✔️ Promoting diversity for all underrepresented groups, within the cybersecurity community. 🤝 Empowering women and other underrepresented groups by providing access to resources that support their professional development. 🎖️ We are committed to closing these gaps and empowering women by demonstrating that girls and women can make significant contributions and thrive in the cybersecurity domain. Moreover, our passion extends to supporting vulnerable individuals, such as the elderly and children, who are more prone to falling victim to cybercrime. Through our efforts, we aim to safeguard these vulnerable groups and create a safer digital environment for everyone. By championing these goals, we envision a future where women are well-represented and valued in cybersecurity, and where cybersecurity is an inclusive domain that protects all members of society from cyber threats.
