Ben, Mitchell and Dan have been friends for over 25 years having met at Widford Lodge Preparatory School. Drawing on their wealth of experience they decided to set up Widford Property to tackle the lack of family homes in Essex and Hertfordshire. Ben has worked for some of the biggest names in energy and property including EDF and Savills. In 2016 he set up Clearstone Energy a successful renewable energy development business, with over 250 MW of projects consented. Mitchell originally trained as a carpenter and has been developing property for over 10 years as a partner of his family business, Jarvis Development Group. He is an expert in the design and build of luxury family homes in Essex. Dan is our resident sales and operations expert and is currently studying to become a quantity surveyor. He has over 15 years experience in sales and has managed some of the largest health clubs in Essex and Hertfordshire.
