We are a Vienna-based consultancy boutique, specialised on strategy and organisation for the banking and insurance sector. We combine traditional strategy consulting methods, with a phenomenologically founded approach on the one hand and mathematical skills (game theory) on the other. We work in an honest dialogue with our clients, support critical exchange and foster customers’ ownership.
