WIL Solutions was established in 2018 in an effort to mind the gap between the education system and industry. For decades, we have witnessed that recent graduates have several challenges adapting to the workplace due to the fundamental differences that these two environments exhibit. We try to mind this gap by designing industry-inspired courses and programs and delivering real-life, Work-integrated Learning projects. At WIL Solutions, a group of academics with an active role in the industry focus on a course, program, or project and the result will be appealing to the students, educators, and the industry -- a win-win-win situation if you will!
