We recognize that Agile is about more than just technology and use frameworks like CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Metrics, & Recovery) to assess DevSecOps readiness across an organization. Wilco Group also knows that Agile development methodologies are not “one size fits all” and that different elements may work better for some customers than others (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). We use available tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.) and appropriate frameworks (Scaled Agile) to facilitate critical collaboration between development teams and product owners such as sprint/release planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, wireframe reviews, retrospectives, etc. We also track agile development metrics, monitor trends, and produce information radiator graphics/at-a-glance visual displays and dashboards. We have experience managing and performing every phase of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), starting with strategy and continuing through Operations and Maintenance.
