Founded in October 2020, Wild Capital kicked off its portfolio with a joint venture alongside a New Hampshire-based private real estate firm, deploying $150,000 in capital toward the acquisition and management of two three-unit properties.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that strategic real estate investments can drive both financial returns and positive community impact. We work hands-on with each property, ensuring that our investments contribute to community economic development while providing safe, quality housing.
