WSC began operations in 2000 as the exclusive caterers of the Minnesota Wild and Xcel Energy Center, our goal was to provide the same quality guest-experience found in our market-leading destination restaurants. To this end, we have created a culture driven to provide the finest possible guest experience. Wildside Caterers is a place where the genuine care and comfort of our guest is our highest mission.
