Willard Scoops is a small, family-owned ice cream shop located in the Willard Beach neighborhood of South Portland, Maine, offering a wide range of house-made and locally sourced flavors. Under new ownership as of 2023, we’ve focused on thoughtful growth, quality ingredients, and strong community ties—serving both longtime locals and seasonal visitors. All of our ice cream is made in-house in small batches, with an emphasis on freshness, creativity, and flavor variety. Our offerings include: • A rotating menu of over 80 flavors, including a dedicated plant-crafted (dairy-free) line • Limited-edition “Test Kitchen” releases developed in-house • Partnerships with local artists, schools, and nonprofits We keep things small by design—prioritizing quality, team culture, and genuine connection with our community.
