WILLIAM LLOYDS TECHNICAL COMPANY LIMITED (WLTCL) was registered and started business in 1977. Later, it was incorporated in December 9th, 1991, under the Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with RC: 182,701.
The company has a large share capital, gained diverse experiences and distinguished itself in the areas of Engineering, Dredging, Pipeline Construction, Drilling, Leasing and undertake turnkey projects for the Nigeria Oil and Gas fields operations. The company has other subsidiaries such as SPEADA NIGERIA LIMITED, RELO OIL AND GAS LIMITED, and RELO CONSTRUCTION & OIL COMPANY.
Our aim is to deliver TOTAL SATISFACTION to our clients, the managements of this great organization decided to come under the umbrella that commitment to quality is based on our belief that quality and safety shall not be compromised in the drive to provide satisfactory, quality and economically viable services to our outstanding clients.
