About William Lutz
William Lutz is an elected member of Troy (OH) City Council and also serves as Executive Director of The New Path, Inc. in Tipp City (OH). Bill is also the owner of Pinnacle Strategies, Ltd., a consulting and coaching practice for nonprofit leaders. Mr. Lutz earned both a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University in Dayton. Mr. Lutz also earned his Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership and Certificate in Fund Raising Leadership from the Lilly School of Philanthropy from Indiana University in Indianapolis. Bill also earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Bush School at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
