Williams Gallagher is a private town planning consultancy founded in 2017 by experienced practitioners Matthew Williams and Heather Gallagher. We provide comprehensive town planning advice to landowners, landlords, institutional investors and public bodies covering a variety of sectors including residential, leisure, commercial and mixed use. We have a particular specialism in the town centres and retail planning sector. With a combined experience of over 25 years, Matthew and Heather come from a background of private consultancy, although both have considerable experience of working with the public sector. Our partnership is founded on a shared objective to deliver consistent, honest and high quality advice to all of our clients which is grounded in commercial reality.
