With a team of around 80 employees, our firm is one of the most efficient insolvency administration firms in northern Germany. We have a total of six offices in Lower Saxony, Bremen and Hamburg and are regularly commissioned by around 20 insolvency courts. Our highly specialised team is in a position to restructure companies in almost all sectors and of all sizes, be it by means of an insolvency plan or by way of transferring restructuring. In those cases in which we find an ongoing business operation in the course of our appointment, we regularly achieve a restructuring rate of over 50 percent.
