Willow and Lore welcomes visitors, clubs and corporate teams, community groups and schools and any guests with a shared enthusiasm for nature, heritage and slow living. We offer hands on heritage farm experiences, traditional skills workshops and farm tours, promising unique unforgettable memories.
Willow and Lore also have a novel and natural event venue space, inextricably connected to our cherished environment, available for anything from family celebrations to specialist festivals. We provide support directly or through service partners for all requirements including but not limited to catering, ticketing and marketing, with glamping and camping accommodation options available.
Willow and Lore is a working heritage farm: We raise pedigree, rare breed, Jacob sheep for breeding stock, meat, wool and hides; we keep donkeys to support our grazing rotation, chickens for eggs and goats to keep things interesting; we grow flax for linen production, willow for weaving and sheep supplementation, potatoes and corn. By following traditional farming methods, Willow and Lore is inherently regenerative and the alignment between traditional methods and modern sustainability measures is something we are keen to spotlight.
We are active within regenerative agriculture, community farming and heritage networks and are founders of Tenth Glen Heritage Farms, a community led initiative focused on preserving traditional skills, supporting local community and promoting community supported agriculture.
