The Willow Care Group Home is a privately run children’s home for children and young people presenting Behavioural, Emotional, Social and Educational difficulties. The Willow Care Group Home provides residential care services for young people of mixed gender, aged between 11 and 18 years.
Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people by being an inspirational and outstanding home to enable children to be loved, happy, healthy, safe from harm and able to develop, thrive and fulfil their full potential. Putting children and young people first is central to our values and the needs of the individual must lie at the heart of everything we do.
By instilling a strong ethic of care we will nurture the social and emotional wellbeing of children and young people helping to build a more caring and comfortable society.
Recognise and respect diversity to provide a consistent quality of service without discrimination on any grounds and challenge unjust intolerant attitudes and behaviours.
Inspiring children and young people to believe in themselves to make a positive difference and choices; thus providing a sense of achievement.
