Willow Coaching offers a comprehensive coaching approach rooted in Transactional Analysis. My integrated method incorporates insights from further modalities, particularly mindfulness and self-compassion, and elements from positive psychology and gestalt theory.
Willow Coaching draws inspiration from the resilient and nurturing qualities of the Willow Tree. Much like the tree, my approach is anchored in the capacity to flex and adapt, fostering personal growth and providing a supportive environment for individuals to navigate life's challenges with deep roots in understanding and adaptability.
As a neurodiverse woman diagnosed in my 40s, I comprehend the challenges and, significantly, the strengths that can be harnessed from this understanding. I firmly believe in embracing neurodiversity as a valuable difference rather than a deficit, as per common conception/labelling. I welcome the opportunity to assist others in understanding, accepting and viewing neurodiversity from a new perspective.
