Willow Tree Poultry Farm has been in existence since early in the 20th century. The farm was purchased in 1962 by Chester Cekala and shortly after that time it changed from a poultry raising operation to an end processor of poultry related items. Today, Willow Tree Farm is the dominant chicken salad and chicken pie brand in all of New England.
