Our firm is focused on acquiring and managing core and value-add multifamily assets in Texas. Willowood currently owns and operates 1,500+ multifamily units in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our investment philosophy is simple: to optimize cash-on-cash yields and long-term asset values. We take a disciplined, asset-specific approach whereby our operating expertise and asset management efforts can improve performance. Focused investment criteria where our teams identify and add value across Class B or C properties. -Individual Multifamily assets and/or portfolios in need of value-add improvements -Individual Multifamily assets and/or portfolios in need of repositioning and/or operating turnarounds -Distressed Multifamily assets (non-performing) -Investment size ranges from $10-100mm -Target properties are generally in excess of 100 units -Target hold period is long-term i.e. 10+ years
