About Wilmington Paper - The Program™
Wilmington Paper - The Program is a family business, established in 1977 and headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey. Since our inception, we have focused on implementing THE PROGRAM in Folding Carton and Converting Plants across the country and around the globe. No other company has THE PROGRAM dedicated specifically to the Board Converting Industry. Additionally, our scope is not limited to solely managing the waste fiber generated by these facilities but also consists of filling all the Recycling needs of the Paper Industry such as Plastics, Metals, and a range of other materials. We have continuously improved and refined our Program over the last 40+ years in order to meet the specific and unique requirements of the facilities we service. Our clients include the largest Folding Carton and Converting Plants (both Integrated & Non-Integrated) in the USA, as well as similar facilities located throughout Canada & Europe. Our objective is always to establish close working relationships with each plant directly to meet their specific and unique needs on a regular and recurring basis. The Plant Managers at these facilities – some of whom initially questioned the possibilities of our Program – have since become some of our most enthusiastic supporters. We currently have our Recycling Management Program deployed in 250+ major independent and integrated Folding Carton and Converting facilities both domestically and internationally. Wilmington Paper’s team and their over 300+ years of combined experience within the Paperboard and Recycling Industries has enabled the necessary smooth transitions in obtaining full cooperation and support from Corporate Executives clear through to the employees in Baling Departments and everyone in between. We have dedicated our efforts toward a very simple goal – to generate the highest degree of secondary fiber segregation in the most efficient manner possible, therefore generating the highest potential revenue.
