We aim to increase sensitivity and awareness on the very issues mentioned above while offering tangible solutions for cultivating a society that is truly just and fair for all people. At WilMor Works, LLC, we aim to educate and empower our clients to actively contribute to societal transformation by first analyzing their personal attributes in a global context. WilMor Works, LLC creates an experience that makes people feel good, motivated and a part of something bigger than themselves, something worth fighting for. We call this philosophy Motivated Awareness and it starts with developing an understanding of individual identity and why that matters, examining how lived experiences impact decision making, exploring strategies for recognition and solutions, understanding the historical impact of race and culture, and analyzing 21st century nuances that require immediate attention.
