Wilosophy Ltd. was founded in 2010 in Hong Kong by William Sung, an experienced Corporate Leader of 18 years with extensive experience in Banking, Technology and Start-ups spanning a multitude of territories in various Country, Regional & Enterprise roles. Will's outlook on life became his company motto, "To Do is To Know." During this time, Will challenged himself to build companies and projects 0-1 without the help of a big budgets or big resources. This was why the FinTech was such a great challenge and a steep learning curve that helped prove his outlook, and how networks were established quickly and tasks were executed according to plan. Additional roles as a career advisor at China's SHJT University meant that Wilosophy for young adults became a focal point, where early decision making and choice are critical. As such, Wilosophy emphasises career management and incorporates growth and development into its core values. All this, and being a certified Executive Coach of 500+ hours means that Wilosophy is really an authentic brand focused on coaching, growing, and self-discovery with Will's own style & experience. Wilosophy constantly builds on the principle, “To do is to know.” Wilosophy clients are trained in public speaking, and Will regularly delivers workshops and events in schools, at corporates, and individually through personalized sessions. Wilosophy is able to design bespoke workshops for your needs as an individual, or as a company. It also provides occasional workshops focusing on self-development and active career management. Most clientele come from the start-up and corporate areas, with a growing influence from the education sector in south China & Hong Kong.
