WIMEN “Women International Management - Executive Network” is the International Network of Women Leaders, created in September 2018 by a collective of women committed and holding top management positions, in several areas of expertise. The network strives to strengthen women's leadership in private and public sectors.
With a Certified Public Accountant background and a long experience of entrepreneurship, Laila El Andaloussi is the funding president of WIMEN.
The WIMEN network aims to highlight the importance of the role of women leaders in organizations as an inspiring model, capable of instilling a dynamic of positive change, both in business models and in attitudes.
Indeed, in an international context where the concept of management based on "female" values emerges alongside the male model.
WIMEN, thanks to the singularity of the values the organization drives, encourages the establishment of a development model based on diversity.
With its specific style of governance and its actions serving girls and women, WIMEN will promote women's leadership and provide them support that enables them to move to top management positions.
WIMEN is leaded by a board of 17 influent women, entrepreneurs and executives , influent in their respective areas.
WIMEN’s Board is responsible for strategic direction and oversees the operations of WIMEN and monitors projects implementation
