WiMoTS

The Laboratory was established in 2021 and aims to serve educational and research needs in subjects related to modern Wireless and Mobile Communications Technologies and their Applications, with an emphasis on the following activities: design, evaluation, performance analysis, optimization and management of wired and wireless networks and telecommunication systems, resource control and traffic management, design and study of collaborative networks and development of heterogeneous inter-networking mechanisms, design and development of fixed and mobile web applications, dynamic restructuring of mobile communications networks, development of wireless sensor networks and applications for signal collection and processing, reliable measurements of electromagnetic radiation, study and design of millimeter wave communications (mmwave communications), study and design of energy efficiency techniques, study of Quality of Service mechanisms Service - QoS) and quality of experience (Quality of Experience - QoE) in communication networks.
