Windhorse Counseling was born out of Alannah DiBona’s passion for supporting adolescents during challenging times of transition and uncertainty, a focus she cultivated while working for several decades within the school system. Alannah recognized the need among her clients for a safe and comfortable space outside of the school setting to continue their work together. She created a private practice based in the Damon Mill Building in idyllic Concord, Massachusetts.
Windhorse Counseling is a mindfully assembled team of exceptionally talented and experienced counselors with varying backgrounds and specializations. A common thread binding the team together is the belief in the collaborative process between counselor and client. By creating a comfortable space and employing the help of dogs, the team at Windhorse fosters an open, creative and supportive environment where the collaborative process flourishes and where clients feel empowered to steer their own course towards balance.
