Windowseat is a space where one looks out for learning new skills and prepping themselves for the real world by means Consulting, Coaching, and Facilitating. Recent research found that the word “window” was first recorded in the early 13th century and was originally referred to as “an unglazed hole in a roof” and this reminds us of Steve Job’s popular saying “making a dent in the universe”. We try to do that in our own ways by facilitating a culture of learning, re-learning & unlearning. Our effort at The Windowseat Project is primarily to make individuals and employees ready for any professional and real-world challenges. With that said, we work with Colleges/ Universities to help them in the areas of Skill Development, Adaptive Learning, Campus to Corporate Transition, Management skills & Behavioural training, One on One/ Group Coaching & Mentoring. We also work with Small & Medium Enterprises in building their Digital awareness and enriching their Digital journey, Improving the Business & Process Efficiency, Setting up Communication & Collaboration Channels, Project/ Program Management Consulting, Training & Coaching.
