Windrose provides specialized individual and organizational transition coaching and mentoring, helping people lead through change in an authentic way. My work is about supporting self discovery and authentic team engagement. By helping expand one’s relationship to their own self awareness, values, and limitations, the doors of possibility will open. Identification, alignment, prioritization, and integration of team values and key objectives helps create an environment of powerful growth. I coach from the inside out. Through inquiry and empowering conversation, I provide the space for individuals and teams to connect with their purpose and values. Continued and specialized coaching engagement allows an individual to discover what has been in the way and is introduced to effective tools to remove these obstacles, making way for sustained integration!
