The arena becomes a learning laboratory by which the client can symbolically and metaphorically externalize life’s challenges by identifying, practicing and applying an assortment of solutions to improve overall functioning. Clients gain insight into the way they think, feel, and behave; allowing them to find new ways of being, experiencing, and engaging life.
This unique method of healing integrates educational components combined with experiential interactions with horses leading to a transformational journey of discovery, self-awareness, and empowerment. Using a holistic method, intra & interpersonal processes of emotional, psychological, physical, intellectual, and spirituality components come together in a way that allows you to re-author and change the direction of your life to be one that is fulfilling, balanced and whole.
Therapy, while challenging and difficult at times, should be a safe and overall rewarding experience for clients.
