Wine Amphorae

Founded in 2024, Wine Amphorae 7.0 was born from the long research of an enologist. After more than 30 years of experimentation, Stefano Parisi developed an innovative amphora, capable of enhancing the identity of the wine without external interference, thanks to the use of advanced nanotechnology. We have transformed an ancient winemaking method into a state-of-the-art solution, ensuring ideal aging for each wine, without the release of certain characteristics from the wood vessel to wine. After 30 years of experimentation, he realized the optimal container for his enological objective without the interference of selected woods, yeasts and bacteria or other substances exogenous to the grapes.
