Winechek

The Winechek laboratory group is a collective of wine scientists specialised in microbiology, biochemistry, oenology, molecular biology and chemistry. The group has grown from one laboratory in the Barossa Valley to laboratories across the country in prominent wine growing regions. The aim of the group is to provide precision based expertise and offer context that comes with a number. The Winechek logo was designed to convey scientific precision in the form of a DNA sequence as well as the W in Winechek. It represents the future of the laboratory team with an enhanced focus on highly specialised analysis including molecular techniques, volatile phenols via GC-MS, allergens, pesticide residues as well as routine chemical and microbial analysis.
