WING New Zealand members, allies and partners form a collective voice that advocates for an equitable, inclusive and connected culture. We do this through driving initiatives that uplift women and challenge the gender biases that are ingrained in our industry. This will result in the attraction, advancement and retention of exceptional talent by creating an environment where diversity of thought is celebrated and respected.
WING NZ is the New Zealand chapter of WING Global. We have 550 members in our chapter from all over the country. We represent academia, government, generators, students, direct use, service companies and more. Together, we promote the education, professional development, and advancement of women in the geothermal community.
