BORN FROM A NEED FOR FREEDOM Wingspan Cyclery...a place to spread your wings and explore the world around you, with two wheels and a smile. When I was growing up in the 70’s and 80’s, learning to ride a bike was really the first opportunity to gain some freedom, to explore new worlds and expand your boundaries. It was the chance to go farther and faster than ever before and to test the limits of your strength, endurance and courage. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a neighborhood of cyclists, BMX racers, track (Velodrome) racers, roadies and soon to be Olympians. This led to a lifelong passion for the bicycle and the desire to create a place, Wingspan Cyclery, which will share that sense of freedom, community and camaraderie.
