Hi, I'm John Howell, Head Coach of Winning Retail. I first entered the wireless industry in 1999. A time when cell phones were only seen on Zack Morris and Bond villains. Over the decades, I have witnessed a technology evolution better than any sci-fi movie. In this time, I have learned without a doubt that the way to win in retail has not changed. I have seen and experienced first hand the difference leadership makes. Everything rises and falls on leadership.
