Hi, I'm Dave, the founder of WinningTack. My journey here isn't just a story about starting a business; it's deeply personal, born from decades in the tech industry, working under an array of leadership styles – some inspiring, others downright detrimental. Throughout my 40-year career, I've experienced firsthand the impact that leadership can have on a team's morale and productivity. I've seen brilliant colleagues wilt under poor management and vibrant environments turn toxic. It's these experiences that fueled my resolve to make a change, not just for myself, but for others who have felt trapped in discouraging workplaces. I've always felt a strong sense of responsibility towards my colleagues.
