Part of the reason I have been successful ethically (and maybe not as much financially) is that I have been known to immediately step in and shield my customers from the telecom speak whether its implementation or outages. I tend to spend more time helping my customers than selling them more services and I am ok with this. Now, I have no pressures of quotas or pushing one provider. I have total freedom and control to provide the best service I can find for my customers.
