Winstel Technologies

Winstel Technologies company information, Employees & Contact Information

We get it, not every company can have IT professionals that know their way around telecoms, cloud computing, malware, spyware, powerlifting, fly fishing and bad 80s music like we do. That’s why we’re the outsourced IT guys, and our services are available for you to hire. Did we always want to be in IT management? No. It was in 2003, sitting in the pub discussing the profound effect IT was having on South African businesses that we decided we wanted to be a part of that. Specifically, how IT was shaping small and medium-sized businesses, which often couldn’t afford the tech they needed to grow. We decided on the spot to establish an IT management company, catering to SMEs. We also decided on the spot we needed a name. We looked down at the beers in our hands for inspiration: one Windhoek and one Amstel. There was only one possible name – Winstel. Winstel Technologies started out as an outsourced IT management solutions provider for smaller businesses, but has grown to become a full-service IT service and support for companies of all sizes. We value trust and loyalty as much as our clients do, and proudly boast long-standing client relationships that have grown as our customers’ businesses have. So who are ‘we’? We’re David Kerr, the powerlifting fly fishing guy, and David Moffett, the F1 rugby addict who’s still stuck in the 80s. We’re the childhood friends who started a company in a pub 20 years ago, and still enjoy our beers together today in between managing a growing team of IT technicians who really know their stuff. You see, we really are the IT guys you need and want. So hit us up in our DMs, visit our site or drop us a line at info@winstel.co.za and you might just find us managing you company’s IT needs!
