Winter Trust Real Estate (English below) Winter Trust B.V. is sinds januari 2011 verantwoordelijk voor het administratief, technisch en commercieel beheer van het Bisonspoor Complex, bestaande uit kantoren “Bison Office Spaces”, Winkelcentrum “Bisonspoor” en de bijbehorende appartementen "BISON apartments". Wij werken voor particuliere beleggers en hebben meer dan 20 jaar ervaring, indien nodig werken wij samen met gespecialiseerde bedrijven. Wij vervullen daarbij altijd de regiefunctie: wij initiëren, organiseren en coördineren de werkzaamheden. U heeft dus altijd maar één aanspreekpunt, waar u als huurder met al uw vragen terecht kunt. De platte organisatiestructuur van Winter Trust draagt bij aan onze flexibiliteit. We work for, and on behalf of private investors and have over 15 years’ experience. We work closely together with specialised partners, carefully selected for their proven quality, expertise and reliability. In our directors role we initiate, organise and coordinate all activities so that our tenants have a single point of contact. Our flat organization structure contributes to our flexibility.
